1.2 We are a Company providing professional cybersecurity services, specialising in penetration testing and vulnerability assessments (the “Services”).

2.1 We provide this site to you subject to these Terms. By using or visiting our site, you agree to accept and be bound by these Terms.
2.2 If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our site.
2.3 These Terms may be modified from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Please check these Terms occasionally to ensure you understand the Terms that apply at that time. Your continued use of our site after changes have been posted will be deemed as your agreement and acceptance of such changes.

Specifically, the use of our trademarks or names in metatag keywords is trademark infringement, and the use of trademarks or names in page text, metatags, and/or hidden text for purposes of gaining higher rankings from search engines is unfair competition. You may not, without our prior express written consent, do any of the following:

- use any meta tags or any other ‘hidden text’ utilising our name or trademarks;

In the event of a violation of these Terms, Palisade Security reserves the right to seek all remedies available by law and in equity. 6.1 Links may be established from this site to one or more external websites or resources operated by third parties (the “Third Party Sites”). In addition, certain Third Party Sites also may provide links to this site. None of such links should be deemed to imply that Palisade Security endorses the Third Party Sites or any content therein. Palisade Security does not control and is not responsible or liable for any Third Party Sites or any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such Third Party Sites. 7.1 This site may include information and materials uploaded by other users of the site, including to bulletin boards and chat rooms. This information and these materials have not been verified or approved by us. The views expressed by other users on our site does not represent our views or values.
7.2 If you wish to raise any objections about information and materials uploaded by other users, please contact us on our contact page.
8. Limitation of liability

9. Uploading of content to our site

11. Severance
11.1 If any provision in these Terms shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, that provision shall be deemed severable. Any modification to or deletion of a provision shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
12. Waiver
12.1 No failure or delay by a party to exercise any right or remedy provided under these Terms or by law shall constitute a waiver of that or any other right or remedy, nor shall it preclude or restrict the further exercise of the same or any other right or remedy. No single or partial exercise of such right or remedy shall preclude or restrict the further exercise of that or any other right or remedy.
13. Applicable law
13.1 By visiting this site, you agree that the laws of the Republic of Singapore without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms and any dispute of any sort that might arise between us without regard to principles of conflict of laws.
14. Disputes
14.1 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by litigation in the courts of the Republic of Singapore.
