Cloud & DevOps Consulting

We design and build cloud and on-premises infrastructure, redesign and clean up existing environments, carry out full migrations and help reduce cloud costs. Our engineers work across AWS, Azure, GCP and your own infrastructure, with project and ongoing support.

Isometric DevOps delivery system with servers, pipeline steps, monitoring, and access controls.
Our Approach

We agree what you need to build, move or improve, taking account of your existing systems, budget and deadlines. We work with your team on the design and implementation, test the changes and document how to operate the result.

What We Help With

Choose the work you need help with, whether you run in the cloud, on-premises or across both.

01

Infrastructure Design & Build

We design and build cloud and on-premises environments from scratch, around your applications, security needs and budget. We take the work from architecture through to a working production setup.

02

Infrastructure Redesign & Cleanup

We review and simplify existing cloud and on-premises infrastructure, reorganise resources and configuration, and fix the parts that have become difficult to operate or maintain.

03

Cloud & On-Premises Migrations

We plan and carry out full migrations from on-premises to cloud, between cloud providers, and from cloud back to on-premises. The work covers applications, data and the production switchover.

04

Cloud Cost Optimisation

We help analyse and reduce cloud costs. We review spending and usage, identify unnecessary costs and implement changes to reduce waste, accounting for performance and reliability.

05

DevOps & Deployment Automation

We build and improve deployment pipelines, automate infrastructure changes and help your engineers release applications more reliably across cloud and on-premises environments.

06

Reliability & Infrastructure Security

We improve access controls, monitoring, backups and recovery arrangements, and help prepare technical evidence for customer security reviews.

Engagement Options

Start with a review of your architecture, costs or migration plans, engage us to deliver a project, or retain engineering capacity for ongoing infrastructure and DevOps work.

Cloud & DevOps FAQs

What does a Cloud & DevOps Review include?

We review your cloud or on-premises infrastructure and agree what you want to improve. This can include checking an architecture before you build it, finding ways to reduce cloud costs, assessing an existing setup or planning a migration. We also review deployments, access, backups and monitoring where relevant. You receive a prioritised plan that your team can implement or engage us to help deliver.

Can you help implement recommendations after a review?

Yes. We carry out the agreed work, including new cloud or on-premises builds, infrastructure redesign, migrations, cost optimisation and deployment automation. You can engage us to implement review findings or scope a project directly. Focused work is available on a daily-rate basis, with scope and fees agreed before it begins. Can you build infrastructure from scratch or redesign our existing setup?

Yes. We design and build cloud and on-premises infrastructure around your applications, security needs and budget. For an existing environment, we help simplify the architecture, clean up unused resources and configuration, and make it easier for your team to maintain. The work includes implementation, testing and documentation so your team can operate the result.

Can you migrate between clouds, from on-premises to cloud or back to on-premises?

Yes. We plan and carry out full migrations between cloud providers, from on-premises to cloud, and from cloud back to on-premises. We agree which applications and data need to move, prepare the destination, plan the production switchover and rollback, and test the migrated systems with your team before handover.

Can you help analyse and reduce our cloud costs?

Yes. We compare your cloud bills with how your systems are actually used, identify unnecessary spending and help implement changes. This can mean removing unused resources, adjusting capacity, changing storage arrangements or simplifying the architecture. We consider performance, reliability and recovery needs when deciding what to change.

Can we retain a cloud or DevOps engineer on a part-time basis?

Yes. You can retain an engineer from quarter-time through to full-time, working on-site with your team in Singapore. The monthly retainer provides ongoing hands-on engineering and technical advice. We help build, redesign, clean up and migrate cloud or on-premises infrastructure, reduce cloud costs and improve deployments and reliability. We agree the capacity, scope and fees around the work your team needs. Explore ongoing engineering support

How will your engineer work with our existing team?

We agree priorities with your founder or engineering lead and work alongside your engineers on the selected improvements. During scoping, we establish the access needed, who reviews and approves changes, and who will operate the systems afterwards. Technical advisory supports the architecture and delivery decisions involved in that work.

Do you work with founder-built or early-stage cloud infrastructure?

Yes. A lot of useful work starts with systems that were built quickly to get a product to market. We help make that setup easier to operate, safer to change, easier to explain to customers, and more ready for the next stage of growth.

Can you help us prepare cloud evidence for customer security reviews?

Yes. We can help map your cloud architecture, access model, deployment process, backup approach, logging, monitoring, and change controls into clear evidence for customer security reviews and vendor questionnaires.
